Business Development
Pacific Freight is currently seeking a Director of Business Development who will have primary responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships with banks, business brokers, fleet sales managers, senior terminal managers and other FedEx contractors. He or she will assist in the development of business plans, budgets, forecasts, operations manuals and RFIs. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about current trends and regulations within the trucking industry. A BA degree is required, and a graduate degree is preferred. Proficiency in Spanish is a Plus.

General Counsel
Pacific Freight is currently seeking an experienced general counsel who will be primarily responsible for drafting purchase and sales agreements, performing UCC searches, managing closings and escrows, reviewing corporate contracts and performing basic legal due diligence. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in private practice as a business lawyer or at least 10 years of experience working as a solo practitioner. Business litigation experience is a plus. A BA and a JD degree are required. The general counsel will need to be licensed in California.

Operations Managers
Pacific Freight is currently seeking Operations Managers to oversee our routes and contracts at our primary terminals and hubs. In addition to being an experienced CDL driver, Operations Managers must be able to identify, hire and manage qualified drivers for both new and existing routes. He or she must also be able to identify qualified mechanics and technicians, and interact with FedEx corporate executives at the terminal and hub level. Operations Managers are also responsible for ensuring that the firm's fleet runs safely and efficiently, and for managing the firm’s relationships with its mechanics and vendors.
